Spring Ridge Residence Ada, MI  This existing Spring Ridge Residence was built in the early 1990's, with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths.  The project called for a complete remodel/renovation of the 4000 sf home.  Lighting, bath fixtures, cabinets, and flooring were replaced.  Granite countertops, stone fireplace surrounds, and custom bathroom tile designs were added.  The main stair railing was updated with wrought iron balusters and an office nook over the main foyer was constructed.  The basement was finished to include a large family/game area with wet bar, stone fireplace, huge 12 x 13 wine cellar with humidor, and full bath.
