Grace Residence Traverse City, MI  The project consisted of the schematic design, design development, and construction documentation for a new hilltop home in the Traverse City Bay Area.  The home's design was directly influenced by the topography of the site.  The garage sits at the base of the home and the two level main living spaces rise above.  The home was purposely oriented on the site to take direct advantage of the spectacular views.  The plan was carefully orchestrated so 360 degree views can be experienced from all of the main living areas in the home.  This contemporary residence is a five bedroom, 3 bath home with custom granite and tile work throughout.  The kitchen, dining, and great room take advantage of an open space living concept.  Bay Area living at it's finest.
